About the authors

Daniel Chabot holds a Masters degrees in Psychology from the University of Quebec in Montreal(Canada). He has been teaching psychology since 1987 and is the author of several books that have been translated in many languages. In 1999, he founder the Society for the Development of Emotional Intelligence (SDEI) and gave hundreds of lectures and seminars throughout Canada, United States, Europe and Asia.




Michel Chabot has been teaching mathematics for 15 years and has been certified in Pedagogy at the University of Sherbrooke (Canada). Michel has also been instrumental in the development and implementation of the theory of emotional intelligence and has conducted numerous workshops on the topic.





Daniel and Michel Chabot are co-founders of the Emotional Pedagogy Institute (EPI) where teachers from all over the world can become certified in the subject of emotional intelligence and emotional pedagogy.
